Packages are crafted as full-concept designs, uniquely tailored to each client, guided by their provided inspiration theme photos, colour palette, guest count, venue requirements, and specifications or special requests as outlined at the time of booking.

Exact selections, personalization details, décor visuals, and stylized placement are prepared and presented in a comprehensive proposal during the design process, following the initial payment.

Note: Travel and accommodation fees are required for events outside the City of Sudbury, ON. Most local hall deliveries are complimentary; however, additional charges may apply for venues with setup challenges (ie: many stairs, uneven surfaces, sand, gravel, grass, or long carry distances.) To ensure an accurate quote, please provide full location details in advance. All prices are subject to HST.
